Delivery/Returns
Aphrodite Clothing aims to provide you the customer with the best delivery services available. We use Royal Mail services for all of our online orders, UK and abroad.
All UK orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and orders placed over a weekend will leave the store on a Monday. Choosing Express Delivery means they will be with you by 1pm the next day at the address you provided upon ordering. Orders placed on Friday via Express Delivery are not guaranteed for next day delivery and will either reach you on Saturday or Monday, unless extra postage is paid to guarantee Saturday delivery.
UK customers can register for Saturday Guaranteed Delivery at an extra cost on any day of the week. This will ensure your parcel reaches you on the coming Saturday. The deadline for Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is Friday at 4pm. UK customers have two regular delivery choices when it comes to postage, Special Delivery or Saver Delivery. Special Delivery is normally guaranteed for the Next Working Day and Saver Delivery takes 2-3 days.
For all European and International orders we use Royal Mail's Priority Airmail services. These services are the fastest available but are not guaranteed for any specific date. We would not expect delivery to take longer than 7 days for any country worldwide. However, countries in Europe will take less time for delivery than countries such as Australia and Japan.
Once your order has been placed and you receive your confirmation E-Mail, you can log into your account on the Aphrodite Clothing website and check your order tracking number. This can be found by logging in to 'My Account', clicking 'My Orders" and clicking the selected order. The tracking number will be a 12 digit number at the bottom of the order page in red text. This number can then be entered into http://www.royalmail.com/ and tracked throughout it's journey to you.
Please note that some orders may be held back for 24 hours to undergo additional security checks.
Our delivery prices are static for all countries and tax rates are taken into account. Please check the pricing below to check your own delivery costs.

Aphrodite Returns

ONLINE RETURN ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK UNWORN, COMPLETE WITH ALL TAGS AND LABELS, AND IN ORIGINAL AND RESALEABLE CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
Returning an item for exchange:
When your item(s) are sent to you, a returns form will be included in the package. Return the item to us enclosing your completed returns form telling us how you wish to proceed. Simply state on the form that you would like an exchange and what items you wish to exchange for. Your registered card will be charged £5.00 for us to re-dispatch the new item(s) the same day we receive them, using Next Day Delivery.
If you want to return a garment for a refund:
Fill in your returns form included in your package and let us know why you would like a refund. We will refund the cost of the garment on your registered card upon the day we receive the return.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post and that they are sent with a trackable, insured service. Please note that Aphrodite Clothing cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
Aphrodite Clothing cannot refund any outward postage and packaging or your return postage as these are both direct costs. We cannot be held responisble for parcels lost on return to us. Your claim for loss would have to be taken up the Post Office or carrier chosen by the customer.
